“Qazvin Traditional Mixed Sweets” Reza Confectionery is one of the export pastries of these confectionary, which has received a lot of attention due to the variety of sweets in the packaging. In the packaging of this export pastry, seven types of traditional Qazvin sweets with different flavors have been put together, which in addition to the pleasant aroma and taste, has given it an attractive effect due to the use of different colors.
These various sweets, which are named as traditional Qazvin mixed pastries, include the following:
“Paderazi” includes white, saffron and cocoa paderazi. Ingredients used in Paderazi pastry include oil, powdered sugar, wheat flour, cardamom and sesame. In the cocoa type, cocoa powder is used, and in the saffron type, saffron and portulaca are used.
“Nan-e charkhi” includes two types of simple and cocoa. Ingredients used in this sweet include oil, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, yogurt, wheat flour, rice flour and portulaca oleracea.
“Sable Pastry” consists of oil, powdered sugar, egg yolk, wheat flour and coconut powder.
“Nan-e Ghandi” is baked in three types of simple (white), saffron and cocoa. Ingredients for making simple type include oil, powdered sugar, wheat flour and poppy seeds.
In the saffron model of this pastry, saffron and portulaca are also used.
“Berenji” Pastry include two types of saffron and plain, whose raw materials include oil, powdered sugar, eggs, rose, rice flour and cardamom.
“Nokhodchi” is made from chickpea flour and cardamom.
“Nargil Pastry” (Coconut sweets) is made of coconut flour.
