Description
Nan-e Chaii (means tea bread) in the local language, “Charak Chaii” and Chaorgi Chaii” is a special pastry that is baked in small sizes from flour, water, milk, sugar, eggs, liquid oil or butter and sesame. The reason why this pastry is called bread is that the amount of flour used in this type of sweet is higher than other ingredients. Also, Nan-e Chaii has a little sweetness, which is why it is used as “bread” instead of “pastry”.
